Guanamar is a three star hotel featuring 41 spacious and comfortable rooms. 15 guest rooms are deluxe rooms with a spectacular view of the Carrillo Bay and the rainforest surrounding it. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial phones, security boxes and a balcony or terrace.

Guanamar lies secluded atop a hill on the south end of the bay. Its perfect location offers the visitor a spectacular panoramic view of the harbor and its beautiful beach from almost anywhere on its grounds. Charming, typical palm thatched roofs top the original villas nestled on the higher slopes of the property, hardwood decks invite leisurely walks around the pool, bar and restaurant ares.

Guanamar has a bar, full service restaurant featuring local and international cuisine with a focus on the fresh seafood delivered daily by the local fishermen. A typical Costa Rican or American breakfast is included in your room rate and for your convenience we offer room service.
