We are glad to offer you a very nice beach front home, with 2,400 ft.² in a great location on Playa Tamarindo,"The Surf House."

The house is located at the entrance to Tamarindo in front of the Pelican Supermarket and Cabinas Pozo Azul. It is a white 2 story concrete home with carport.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully furnished with sheets, towels and full kitchen. The bedrooms consist of 1 room with a queen size bed an 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. There is an outside shower plus all lawn furniture, hammocks and B.B.Q. There are also 3 Boogie boards for your use, Cassette, Radio & CD player; so bring your music. There is also a safety deposit box available ($100 US guarantee deposit required to use safety box).

Key pick up and check in will be performed by Maria Sabato. Please advise her of your check -out time (no later than 12:00 noon) and return keys to her. There will be a $25 fee for each set of lost keys. Garden and maid service is available 3 times per week, if you wish more maid service or none speak to Maria.




You will find the location to be excellent; we are right on the beach in front of the National Park, where the large leather back turtles nest their eggs from approximately Dec. 1st to the end of March. There are Mango, limon, tamarindo and coconut trees on the yard. Howler monkeys, iguanas, beautiful red squirrels and all types of birds make this spot an enjoyable home.
