It has a cement main entryway on the west wall with a sliding door automatic steel gate. The linear 3 meter high cement wall is 299.88 meters long and the chain-link is 94.5 meter long.

The circular asphalt driveway is 2.5 meters wide on the south side and 3.5 meters wide in the principal driveway accessing the main house and guesthouse on the north side, although in places it becomes much wider as in the entryway gate, the carport, guesthouse and the curb leading to the guesthouse. Walk way
These are cement walkway that circles the house and it is great for exercise and is 1 meter in with by 150 meters long. Surface area 150 m2 or 1575 sq. ft.

Landscaping palm Trees
A considerable amount of effort and work was placed into the planting of royal palm trees, seca palms and a variety of old shrubs and plants. The mature Royal palms had to be planted one by one as where the finding the individual seca palms at private homes, farms, lots and nurseries, purchasing them, moving them by truck, location and planting them. Some of these secas are covered over 50 years old
