TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Aventuras Naturales is affiliated with SWISSRAFT, the largest adventure tour operator in Europe. Our trips include all lodging and meals as specified in the respective itinerary; quality rafting, biking, and other necessary equipment; ground transportation; and services of a professional, English-speaking guide(s).
LIABILITY AND SAFETY:
We will spare no effort to provide you with the highest quality, most enjoyable experience possible. Our guides are among the best in the business and each is trained in first aid and CPR. They will instruct you on all safety measures before each trip and will advise you as the trip progresses. A fully stocked first aid kit is standard equipment on every trip. However, outdoor activities can be physically demanding with inherent elements of danger beyond our control. We do not assume liability for personal injury or loss.
We cannot allow persons under the influence of drugs or alcohol on any of our trips. No refunds will be given under such circumstances.
PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required 45 days prior to the trip in order to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due 15 days prior to the scheduled trip.
A full refund, minus a $50 handling fee, will be made on cancellations received in our offices 30 days or more prior to the scheduled trip. In case of cancellations received in our office from 29 to 15 days prior to the trip, a full refund, less hotel deposits and a $50 handling fee, will be made. On cancellations received in our office less than 14 days prior to the trip, the full value is forfeited.
